Requests for public information in the State Institution “Audit Public Oversight Body of Ukraine” are handled in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”.
Public information is displayed and documented by any means and on any media information that obtained or created by a public authority in the course of the exercise of responsibilities, which are provided by current legislation or information which is in the possession of the subjects of public authority, other holders of public information, defined by Law.
A requester has the right to make a request for information to the information holder, whether the information concerns him/her personally or not, without having to explain the reason for the request.
The request for information may be individual or collective. Requests can be submitted orally, in writing or another form (via post, fax, telephone, e-mail) at the requestor’s choice. The written request may be submitted in any form.
An electronic request for public information to the State Institution “Audit Public Oversight Body” can be sent to an e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
A request for information must contain:
- the name of the requester, the postal or e-mail address and the number of the means of communication, if any;
- a general description of the information or the type, title, details or content of the requested document, if known to the requester;
- signature and date on the conditions of submitting a written request.
